The meeting, attended by figures including Hassan
Abbaszadeh, deputy petroleum minister and CEO of NPC, and Ahmad Zaraatkar,
deputy planning minister of the petroleum ministry, focused on the current
production landscape and companies' approaches to energy efficiency in the new
year.
During the session, it was decided that petrochemical
holding companies will submit their specific energy optimization programs, with
a focus on ensuring feedstock supply, to the National Petrochemical Company.
