In the formal appointment letter, Abbaszadeh cited
Maghareh’s qualifications and extensive experience in public relations,
entrusting him with key responsibilities to enhance NPC’s internal and external
communications.
Maghareh’s mandate includes strengthening organizational
unity within NPC, elevating the company’s national and international brand, and
supporting Iran's petrochemical industry's participation in both domestic and
global events.
"Your efforts should focus on promoting the stature of
the workforce, enhancing both intra- and inter-organizational relations, and
facilitating the petrochemical sector’s access to international markets,
particularly through platforms like the Iran Plast Exhibition," Abbaszadeh
stated in the letter.
Maghareh is expected to collaborate closely with the
Ministry of Petroleum’s public relations office and other key stakeholders
across the petrochemical sector, aiming for unified communication strategies
across the industry.
Additionally, he is tasked with modernizing the company's
communication methods to align with global trends in information dissemination.
Maghareh brings a wealth of experience to his new role,
having held several key positions within NPC’s public relations department from
2005 to 2019, including serving as Editor-in-Chief of the NPC News Portal and
Deputy Head of Public Relations. He also served as the Executive Director of
the Iran Plast International Exhibition from 2015 to 2019.
