According to the Public Relations and Cultural Affairs Department of
Bushehr Petrochemical Complex, the electricity for this substation is supplied
directly from the power plant via Damavand Energy Company. This setup ensures a
reliable and consistent power flow essential for operational continuity.
The sustained power supply is facilitated through three 230 KV
transformers connected to 33 KV switchgears in the main substation. This
infrastructure supports the energy needs of the second phase projects,
including utility, olefin, and MEG units.
Bushehr Petrochemical Complex is the first production complex in the
Pars Special Economic Energy Zone to operate a 230 KV GIS substation. This
substation serves as the main power source, feeding downstream process and
utility units.
