On Monday, June 24, 2024, the first phase of the central wastewater
treatment plant at Bandar Imam Petrochemical Complex was officially launched.

desalination, producing over 26,000 cubic meters of reverse osmosis (RO) water,
significantly reducing the complex's water consumption.

Complex, constructed on a 6-hectare site, showcases the expertise and
capabilities of Iranian specialists, underlining the country's commitment to
environmental stewardship and industrial innovation.
