Speaking at the 14th International Exhibition of Machinery and
Materials for the Plastics Industry in Moscow, Farid Dousti, Director of Iran
Plast International Exhibition, said: "The 14th International Exhibition
of Machinery and Materials for the Plastics Industry (Rusplast) was held from
June 18 to 20, 2024, in Moscow, with a significant presence of Iranian petrochemical
companies."
He added that the 2024 Rusplast Exhibition featured over 400
manufacturers and suppliers from Russia and other countries, showcasing the
latest advancements and modern equipment in product design and engineering,
equipment and materials for plastic production, mold manufacturing, additive
technologies, and a wide range of products.
Dousti highlighted that the pavilion of the Islamic Republic of Iran
was inaugurated at the exhibition with the presence of the Charge d'Affaires of
the Iranian Embassy and the Iranian Commercial Counselor in Russia.
He noted that with coordination from the National Petrochemical
Company, petrochemical companies such as Arya Sasol, Jam, Tabriz, Marun,
Shazand, and Modiran Polymer had an effective and active presence at the
exhibition.
Emphasizing the unique position of Iran's polymer and plastic industry
in global markets, Dousti remarked: "One of the significant outcomes of
participating in the Rusplast Exhibition was the readiness expressed by many
foreign companies from China, India, Russia, Turkey, and the Eurasian region to
participate in the 18th Iran Plast International Exhibition."
Dousti further noted that part of the program at the Rusplast
Exhibition included attending the panel titled "Global Changes, National
Priorities, and Prospects for Cooperation," which was held on the first
day of the exhibition.
The 14th International Exhibition of Machinery and Materials for the
Plastics Industry in Russia concluded on June 20 in Moscow.
According to NIPNA, the 18th Iran Plast International Exhibition will
be held from September 8 to 11 at the Tehran Permanent International
Fairgrounds.
