According to Shastan Commercial Investment Company, Alireza Moniri
Abiyaneh, in the annual general meeting of Negin Makran Petrochemical
Development Company, presented the board of directors' report to the meeting,
and stated, "The gas pipeline has reached the Makran Petrochemical
Complex, and Negin Petrochemical Development Company will also make every
effort to offer its first batch of products to international markets in early
1403, the third petrochemical hub of the country."
He announced, "Over 70% of the 1,200-hectare area of Makran
Petrochemical Complex has been allocated for investment and the construction of
petrochemical complexes. Based on one of the decisions made during the visit of
President Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi in Ordibehesht month, an additional 600 hectares
in the northern part of the complex will be added to the Makran Petrochemical
Complex in the near future with the aim of developing an extensive and balanced
downstream petrochemical chain."
Davoud Abbasi, the CEO of Shastan Commercial Investment Company, who
served as the chairman of the meeting as the main shareholder of Negin Makran
Petrochemical Development Company, expressed his gratitude to all colleagues of
Negin Development and other investors in Makran Petrochemical Complex, who are
working under challenging conditions.
He said, "Shastan is making every effort to address the
challenges facing the infrastructure projects of the industrial and
non-industrial sectors of the petrochemical complex in Makran so that Negin
Development Company can complete the infrastructure projects of the complex as
quickly as possible according to the announced schedule."
Makran Petrochemical Complex, the country's third petrochemical hub
with an area of 1,200 hectares in the Chabahar Free Zone, is under
construction, and Negin Makran Petrochemical Development Company is the
developer of the industrial and non-industrial infrastructure of this complex.
