Mohammad Dehghan visited the booth of National
Petrochemical Company (NPC) on the fourth day of the 27th Oil, Gas, Refining and
Petrochemical Exhibition on Saturday and discussed the need for producing final
products in the petrochemical industry.
He said this industry could stop crude selling in
the country by developing intermediate and downstream industries and completing
the value chain, adding that there were also challenges in this path.
"The role of holdings and production
companies is very important for achieving the plan and solving the challenges,
and National Petrochemical Company can pave the way for transformation in
completing the value chain in the value-creating industry," he said.
The president's legal deputy also visited the booths of Persian Gulf
Petrochemical Company, Parsian Oil and Gas Company, Tappico and Amir Kabir
Petrochemical Company during his visit and was briefed on their current
activities.
