The MOU will be signed on Saturday at the 27th International Exhibition of Oil,
Gas and Petrochemicals in Tehran, NPC's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Director
Davood Emadi told Nipna.
He said the first step in implementing development projects in the
petrochemical industry was obtaining the necessary environmental permits, and
the MOU aimed to facilitate this path by enhancing cooperation with the EPO.
Emadi also said the exhibition, which runs from May 17 to May 20, was
an opportunity to turn threats into opportunities in domestic industries and in
relation to foreign companies.
He said he expected more interaction with countries that Iran had
treaties with, given the high level of the exhibition and the active presence
of domestic and foreign activists and investors.
