In 1401, the headquarters of the Ministry of Petroleum alone
received 150 information requests and responded to all 751 requests from its 67
main and subsidiary companies within the legal response time limit of 10 days.
The Ministry's impressive response time of 2 days is the best
among the system's member institutions and 19 ministries, while the average
response time of the oil industry complex to citizens was 7 working days in
1401.
Additionally, the headquarters of the Ministry of Petroleum
received only 7 complaints, all of which were addressed and resolved
satisfactorily.
Citizen satisfaction with the Ministry's responses was high,
with 95% expressing satisfaction, ranking the Ministry in the first position
